Internships and Co-Ops: Preparing for a Bright Future

As a student or graduate on the threshold of your future, the prospect of making your first foray into the world of business can seem daunting. But it doesn’t have to be. When you begin your working life at one of our High companies, you’ll learn job skills and gain experience for making future career decisions—all within our supportive work environment. High supports and embraces future leaders in our communities.

Interns that add value across all High industries are an important part of the team. You’ll gain hands-on experience while adding value, letting you showcase your skills to potential employers.

Co-ops provide students the opportunity to earn high school and vocational credits while gaining the skills for future careers. You will go to school for part of the day and then leave to work at a job in your interest area.

The goal is to help you find meaningful work and a sustainable career in an occupation with high pay, high demand, and high skill.
